Photos: Baby found stuffed in plastic bag and thrown into dumpster

Dead body of a baby was found inside a black bag left at a dumpster in Thailand.  Maintenance workers who arrived to pick up trash found the baby early this morning. It could not be confirmed who carried out the inhumane act. See the photos are below...
