Fake US Dollars Equivalent To N490 Million Recovered From Criminals.

Operatives of the Police Force Niger state command have paraded 48 suspects who were arrested for crimes such as kidnapping, armed robbery, car snatching, cattle rustling and fabrication of locally made prohibited/illegal firearms. They have confessed to the various criminal roles they played in the commission of the crime. The suspects are reported to have been terrorizing the FCT, Niger, Kaduna, Plateau, Katsina, Nasarawa and Zamfara states before their capture. Five (5) Plasma TV Sets xii. One (1) Home Theatre Radio xiii. Seven (7) Vehicle Trackers Demobilizes xiv. Seven (7) Wrist Watches xv. Two (2) Laptops xvi. 22 Women Wrappers. xvii. Four (4) Different Vehicle Number Plates xviii. One (1) Standing Fan xix. Huge Sums of suspected fake US Dollars equivalent to about N490 Million Investigation is ongoing to arrest other members of the gangs still at large. All suspects would be arraigned in court on completion of investigation. Meanwhile, members of the public whose vehicles were either stolen from where parked or snatched at gun point in the recent times should proceed to the Niger State Police Headquarters for identification and collection with documents of proof of ownership.
